You can receive non-bulky products & 1 piece per order. The service is free for orders over 49€ and cost 1.49€ for orders under 49€.

  • STEP 1

    You can choose during checkout to pick up from the nearest ACS Smartpoint Locker.

  • BHMA 2

    Once your package arrives at the Locker of your choice, you will receive a notification with the pickup PIN.

  • BHMA 3

    Go to the ACS Locker and, if you haven't paid for your order, you can do so at the Locker's POS.

Πώς μπορώ να πληρώσω την παραγγελία που θα παραλάβω από ένα ACS Locker;

Orders placed at ACS Locker can be paid for with:

• Credit or Debit Card,
• IRIS,
• Deposit, but also through payment at the Locker's integrated POS via card, on the day of receipt.

Yπάρχει όριο στο μέγεθος των αποστολών που τοποθετούνται σε ένα ACS Smartpoint Locker;

Yes, there is a limit, as the lockers have specific dimensions. The maximum allowed dimensions of packages that can be placed in an ACS Smartpoint Locker are 37cm height x 44cm width x 61cm depth and the maximum actual weight is 10kg.

Κατά λάθος έκλεισα την ανοιχτή θυρίδα του ACS Smartpoint Locker χωρίς να ολοκληρώσω την παραλαβή μου. Μπορώ να την ανοίξω πάλι;

This is not possible. Closing the window marks the completion of the process and therefore it cannot be opened again. In this case, you need to contact the ACS Customer Service Department at tel. 211 500 5264, which operates Monday-Friday 09:00-19:00.

Mπορώ να αλλάξω το κινητό τηλέφωνο που είναι συνδεδεμένο με την αποστολή μου;

The change of the declared mobile phone number in the shipment is made only upon written request from the sender, as the sender is responsible for recording all details of the recipient of the shipment.

The usual time for your shipment to be delivered to an ACS Locker is 1-2 business days from the time you select your chosen location. Once your order is placed at the ACS Locker, you will receive a notification via SMS or Viber on the mobile phone registered with the shipment.

Ποιο είναι το μέγιστο ποσό παραγγελίας που μπορώ να κάνω με ACS Lockers;

Η αποστολή με ACS Lockers αφορά παραγγελίες κάτω των 500€ και εφόσον τα προϊόντα της παραγγελίας δε ξεπερνούν τις διαστάσεις του Locker.

Τι χρειάζεται για να παραλάβω την αποστολή μου από ένα ACS Smartpoint Locker;

To receive your shipment from an ACS Smartpoint Locker, you are required to have the shipment code (10-digit number) and the unique PIN code (4-digit code) that has been sent to you via SMS or Viber.

Τι μπορώ να κάνω αν δεν βρίσκω τον κωδικό PIN που έχει σταλεί με μήνυμα sms ή Viber;

In case you cannot locate the PIN code (4-digit code), you can choose to have the code resent via SMS or Viber, in the corresponding option on the ACS Smartpoint Locker screen, by entering the mobile phone number associated with your shipment.

Για πόσες μέρες μπορεί να παραμείνει η αποστολή μου σε ένα ACS Smartpoint Locker;

The time the shipment stays at the ACS Smartpoint Locker points is usually 5 calendar days from the date you receive the relevant notification via SMS or Viber on the mobile phone you have stated in the shipment. After the 5 business days, the shipment is transferred to the ACS store that serves the specific ACS Smartpoint Locker and remains there for another 5 business days. After the above days of stay at the ACS Smartpoint Locker and at the ACS store, the shipment is returned to the sending store.

Μπορεί να παραλάβει κάποιος άλλος την αποστολή μου από ένα ACS Smartpoint Locker;

To receive your shipment from an ACS Smartpoint Locker, you will need the shipment number and a unique PIN code, which are sent via SMS or Viber to the mobile phone number registered with the shipment. If you wish, you can transfer this information to any third party who can receive it for you.
