What does iPlus cover?
Damage from a broken screen. Repair of your device if possible or device replacement.
In the case of replacement, your participation includes:
179€ for all Pro and Pro Max models from iPhone X onwards, for iPhone 15|Plus and iPhone 14|14 Plus, as well as for iPad Air with M3 chip and all iPad Pro with M1 chip and later.
99€ for all other iPhones and iPads, as well as for the Apple Watch Ultra and Ultra 2.
49€ for all other Apple Watches.

After purchasing iPlus
Follow the instructions to accept the insurance terms that you will receive in your email.
Keep the receipt/invoice for the purchase of the device & iPlus, as well as the serial number and model of your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch.
Any loss of data in the event of covered damages.
Apple and third-party accessories that may be associated with the use of your iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch.
In case of damage
Visit an iStorm store with the following:
1. The covered device
2. The purchase document (receipt or invoice)
3. The insurance certificate
4. The damage declaration form, which you will find here.
For your best service, please have all the above documents with you and have completed the damage declaration form.

Mέχρι πότε μπορώ να αγοράσω το iPlus;
You can purchase iPlus up to 90 days from the original purchase date of your device.
If iPlus is added within the 90-day period, will the device need to be tested?
In the event that the iPlus is purchased within 90 days, it is necessary to have the device inspected in order to insure it.
Για πόσο καιρό μπορώ να ασφαλίσω τη συσκευή μου;
You have the option to extend the insurance for 2 more years by bringing the device in for inspection before the contract expires. The extension can be made up to 2 times per serial number and is valid for one year only each time. The insurance covers one loss event per year.
Τι ισχύει για τα ήδη υπάρχοντα συμβόλαια;
For existing contracts that have not expired, the possibility of extending the contract up to 2 more times applies, always after checking the device at an iStorm store.
Για επέκταση του ασφαλιστηρίου είναι υποχρεωτικός ο έλεγχος;
Yes, in any case of contract extension, a device inspection is mandatory.
ΤΙ έγγραφα χρειάζεται να έχω μαζί μου σε περίπτωση ζημίας ή για επέκταση της ασφάλισης;
You should keep the insurance certificate, as well as the receipt or invoice for the purchase of the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch & iPlus, as they are necessary for a possible claim for compensation or for extending the insurance.
Μπορώ να ασφαλίσω μεταχειρισμένη συσκευή και αν ναι, τι ισχύει για την ασφάλιση αυτής;
Η δυνατότητα για ασφάλιση μεταχειρισμένων συσκευών αφορά μόνο iPhone και iPad. Με τον όρο μεταχειρισμένη νοείται οποιαδήποτε συσκευή, ασχέτως από που είναι αγορασμένη (αρκεί να δικαιούται service στην Ελλάδα), όπως και συσκευές αγορασμένες από την iStorm στις οποίες έχει παρέλθει των διάστημα των 90 ημερών. Για την ασφάλιση αυτών των συσκευών θα πρέπει να προηγηθεί έλεγχος βάσει των διαδικασιών που ορίζει η ίδια η εταιρία και δεν είναι δυνατή η πρόσθετη επέκταση για επόμενα έτη. Από την ασφάλιση μεταχειρισμένων συσκευών εξαιρούνται όλα ταApple Watch.
