Procedure for Reporting Incidents of Violation of the Code of Ethics &
iStorm M.A.E. is committed to cultivating a business spirit of transparency and responsibility. Therefore, it requires the highest possible level of professional and ethical behavior from all its employees and business partners. In order to establish the prevention of offenses, unethical and criminal behaviors/acts, we wish to ensure that if any of our employees or a third party has suspicions regarding the above issues regarding the operation of our Company, they have the opportunity to report it, maintaining anonymity if they wish.
Reports may be submitted anonymously or by name. However, submitting anonymous reports is encouraged as it facilitates the necessary investigation and the taking of the required measures. You can report incidents involving violations of corporate Policies/Procedures as well as applicable legislation (e.g. fraud, corruption, theft, embezzlement, non-compliance with the Quest Group Code of Ethics and Ethical Conduct, data breaches and/or security incidents and in general any act or omission that may cause moral or material damage to iStorm using the following communication channels.
